Marin And — Gojo Watching Frieren -totonito-
And somewhere in the afterlife, Himmel the Hero smiles, knowing that even Satoru Gojo finally got the message. 10/10. Totonito changed my life. Gojo-san has emotions after all.
(leaning forward, genuinely confused) "Wait. The hero died? That’s the hero? He looked like a discount version of me." (He runs a hand through his white hair.) "But seriously… she lived with these guys for ten years, and she feels nothing ? That’s cold. I like her."
(hiding behind a cushion) "SHE’S SO COOL I'M GOING TO THROW UP. SHE DIDN'T EVEN RAISE HER VOICE! GOJO-SAN, THAT'S YOU! THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU DO TO CURSES!" Marin and Gojo Watching Frieren -Totonito-
8/10. Not enough fights. Too many feelings. Would still recommend to anyone who wants to cry about an elf’s emotional constipation.
(removing his blindfold, Six Eyes glowing faintly) "…You wouldn't." And somewhere in the afterlife, Himmel the Hero
Here is a blow-by-blow account of Marin Kitagawa and Gojo Satoru watching the masterpiece that is Frieren —lovingly mispronounced by fans as Totonito . The scene: Gojo’s luxurious (and suspiciously empty) Tokyo apartment. Marin has somehow invited herself over after hearing he has a 120-inch OLED screen. She arrives with a backpack full of instant ramen, Pocky, and a homemade Himmel the Hero plushie.
“…What time?”
"My Six Eyes are sweating. It’s a side effect of seeing too much aura. Completely different."
