Your FiveM client is trying to download a file that doesn't exist on your server (usually ui.html , index.html , or a huge texture missing).
Your server files are looking for a SQL database (usually via XAMPP or HeidiSQL), but the username/password in your configuration is wrong.
However, the excitement often turns into frustration when you download a free server package (ESX, QBCore, or Standalone), only to be greeted by a black CMD window, cryptic red error messages, or a server that refuses to even start.
Your server.cfg is trying to ensure (start) a resource that literally does not exist in your resources folder, or the folder name is misspelled.
