Create a shortcut to the new d2r.exe (or D2ROffline.exe ). Right-click the shortcut → Properties → Target. Add the following parameters: diablo 2 resurrected lfs mod offline fix for v exclusive
The LFS mod changes inventory sizes, stash tabs, and item IDs. Loading a vanilla character will corrupt your save and crash the game.
