However, D5 has quietly improved offline support. As of version 2.7+, the software now features a (Settings > Network > Offline Mode). When enabled, D5 will not attempt to reach the cloud. It will only look at your local cache. If an asset isn't there, it simply won't load—no error pop-ups.
